Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered dental assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education seminars on various topics, including CCDC, CPR and OSHA training courses.
Courtney Dow – Office Manager
Courtney has been Dr. Stanley’s office manager since 2005. As a former patient, she long desired to become part of the team at Stanley Orthodontics! Courtney wears many hats at our office, but she finds time each day to laugh and have fun with her coworkers and our patients. She is proud to work with such a dedicated and friendly team and truly enjoys seeing patients’ smiles transformed! Courtney is married with two children and, in her spare time, enjoys snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, traveling and keeping her kids in healthy activities such as soccer and cheerleading!
Peggy Sternfels – Treatment Coordinator
Peggy has worked in the dental field since 1984, and Stanley Orthodontics was proud to welcome her in 2009. Peggy loves working in orthodontics because she gets to share in patients’ excitement as their treatment is completed. She is proud to work with a wonderful orthodontists and a very friendly and caring team. Peggy is married with two children and two stepchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Belle and Marley. Her other favorite hobbies include interior design and decorating, health and fitness, long weekends at the coast and wine tasting.
Debbie Van Horn – Registered Dental Assistant
Debbie is a board-certified registered dental assistant. She has worked in the orthodontic field since 1974, and has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Stanley since 1990. After having braces herself in high school, the improvement made such a difference in her self-confidence that she wanted to, somehow, do the same for others. She loves her job and feels as though she is helping others break out of their shells and achieve a new feeling of self-confidence. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling to the coast and spending time with her husband, Danny, and their two dogs, Tess and Lucy.
Tiffany Swengel – Registered Dental Assistant-- Invisalign Treatment Coordinator
Tiffany has worked in the orthodontic field since 1994 and has been with Dr. Stanley since 2000. Tiffany loves her job as an orthodontic assistant because she gets to know her patients and be a part of creating their beautiful new smiles. It brings her joy to see a patient’s face light up with they see their finished result. She enjoys working for Dr. Stanley because he is the best orthodontist in town, and he gives her the freedom to expand her duties and bring new ideas to the office. She assures that every patient’s visit to Stanley Orthodontics is an awesome one! Tiffany is married with two beautiful daughters, and she spends her spare time volunteering at their school.
Jennifer Pansing – Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer has worked in the orthodontic field for over thirty years and joined the team at Stanley Orthodontics in 2004. Jennifer loves interacting with patients and shares in their excitement the day their braces are removed! Her favorite thing about orthodontics is that it is “the painless” field of dentistry. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, six grandchildren, two dogs and three cats.
